About Our Group 

The Shaw Group consists of five individuals, each specializing in the sale and purchase of residential homes. Pat Shaw and Todd Shaw are the owners and focus their attention on marketing and selling your home. Sheri Dyer is our Senior Partner and team member, and works with both buyers and sellers. Shirley Moxley and Alida Chornyak are our partner agents and they also work with buyers and sellers. All of the team members have lived in Kansas City for many years, so we know what’s happening in real estate in our area. 

Todd Shaw
Todd is the owner of The Shaw Group and works with both buyers and sellers, as well as developing new plans and procedures for ensuring the best possible transaction. He develops detailed marketing plans to get your home the most exposure to potential buyers. Todd spends a lot of time researching new tools and trends in the real estate industry and putting those tools in practice to sell your home. Exceptional client service and satisfaction is his driving philosophies.

Sheri Dyer
Sheri is a full time Realtor working with buyers and sellers. She has her Broker's license and has earned her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. With her 25+ years sales experience Sheri has learned that the most important thing she can do for her clients is to listen to their needs and concerns. From there, she will work for them energetically & enthusiastically! Sheri has lived and worked across the country as well as overseas and chose to make Kansas City home because of everything it has to offer. "It's one of the country's best kept secrets" Sheri says.
